I’ve realized when most people are upset, they might not go to other people for help. They wait for someone to come along and ask them “hey are you okay?” or “hey, hows your day going so far?” so if you see someone on your dash that you think might be upset, just check on them instead of leaving them alone. You never know you just telling them you care could make a big difference.
